We are very serious about customer satisfaction. Before taking payment, we require the owner of the vehicle (or the person responsible for making payment upon completion), to thoroughly check the vehicle with the detailer, to ensure that everything has been completed to meet the customer’s expectations (and hopefully more!). Our detailers will not take payment from a customer, prior to the customer confirming that they are happy with the service we have provided them with. If you are unhappy in any way, we always attempt to rectify! Please note that we are unable to guarantee you a new vehicle, however, we always endeavour to detail and perform the service required to the best of our abilities.
